The Segway Miles can be redeemed as cash discounts towards the next purchase or for exclusive Segway gifts.
How To Earn Miles
Register & Purchase
- Receive 600 Segway Miles instantly when you subscribe to the Segway newsletter.
- For every dollar spent on store.segwaycom, you will receive 1 Segway Mile. Rules and restrictions may apply in certain seasonal promotions or in other situations as mentioned below.
Refer a Friend
Refer a friend to earn more! Whenever you refer a friend, both parties will earn 300 Segway Miles! Upon successful referral, the referee will enjoy double Segway Miles in the value of the referee’s first purchase placed on store.segway.com.
Earn More Miles Through Referral
For each successful referral, both the Referer and the Referee will earn 300 miles.
+ 2 miles for $1 spent on the first order placed by the Referee.

- The user used referrer’s unique code towards the purchase

3 Easy Steps
Step 1Referrers get a unique referral link and share it with friends and family. (Anyone using the link will be tracked and counted towards referrers’ deals in the system).
Step 2Share your referral link with your friends and family via email, on social media platforms or through a messaging app.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How to Earn Segway Miles:
There are many ways for Segway fans to earn Segway Miles, which includes but is not limited to:
•Subscribing to the newsletter on store.segway.com for 600 miles for no less than one year;
•Purchasing Segway products on store.segway.com. The exchange rate is 1 dollar spending for 1 mile. Different exchange rate and rules may apply to the referral program as mentioned in the bullet point below or certain seasonal promotions from time to time;
•Referring friends or family to make purchase on store.segway.com. A referrer and referee each will earn 300 miles plus a referee would enjoy a double mile rate for the first purchase on store.segway.com;
•Participating in Segway events (online/offline) to earn miles per the relevant terms and conditions.
How to Earn Segway Miles through Referral:
Members can earn Segway Miles if: (i) a referee clicks on their referral link and create a valid Segway account, and (ii) the referee completes a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below). The referrer will also earn 300 miles whenever a referee completes a Qualifying Purchase. (iii) Both the referrer and the referee will also then be eligible for 2x the Segway Miles for three months. (iv) the three months 2x booster period will be renewed once a new referral is made successfully. For example, if a 2nd additional referral is confirmed successful, the referring Member will then have a total of six months period to enjoy 2x Segway Miles booster for each dollar spent.
Qualifying Referral Purchase:
A Qualifying Purchase (i) must be placed and paid under store.segway.com (ii) the purchase needs to be completed via the referral link generated by the Segway referral program (iii) no Segway Miles will be earned if the referred Consumers/Members’ orders are canceled at any time or a product is returned for non-quality reason.
Redeeming Segway Miles:
Segway Miles may only be redeemed via the store.segway.com site. Once earned, Segway Miles will appear as Segway Miles on the dashboard of the referrers and the referees. Segway Miles will not have an expiration date. However, the 2X booster period must be used within three months from the date they are issued, after which they will expire. Segway Miles are virtual points issued exclusively and solely for promotional purposes; they shall have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Segway Miles may not be earned by creating multiple store.segway.com Accounts. Segway Miles accrued in separate store.segway.com accounts may not be combined into one store.segway.com account.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Segway Miles, please contact us. Segway may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Segway’s sole discretion.
Orders of new Segway products must be placed through an active referral link on or after 06/05/2020 to be eligible for related benefits. Awards will be provided to eligible customers after delivery.
Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for benefits and Miles are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. The customer is responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees. Program and awards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. The customer may not be an employee, legal representative, or partner of Segway or any Affiliate of Segway. Nothing in the Referral Program shall be deemed to create any kind of relationship between the referrer and Segway or any of Segway’s Affiliates. The referrer has no authority to represent or bind Segway. Terms and conditions are subject to change without further notice.
Reward Redemption Terms & Conditions:
Segway Miles may be used in two ways on store.segway.com.
First, Segway Miles can be used to redeem credit towards the next purchase. For every 30 Miles, the consumer can redeem $1 store.segway.com credit. The redemption rate may be changed without prior notice. The rate published on the website at the time of transaction controls.
Second, Segway Miles could be used to redeem gift rewards on store.segway.com. To use the rewards, no purchase is required. Notably, in no event the rewards may be used to pay for any shipping costs for purchase. However, subject to certain conditions as more specifically described below, shipping cost may vary and some purchases may enjoy free of shipping charge. For instance, if a consumer redeems a reward with an order that is no more than $99 (before tax), a $15 shipping charge will be applied thereto. If an order exceeds $99 (before tax), shipping will be free of charge. For details, please see Segway’s shipping policy for shipping costs at https://store.segway.com/shipping-policy.
The Segway Miles program rewards gifts are not subject to additional sales tax.
An item purchased by the rewards shall not be resold in any means.
An order paid (fully and/or partially) by the rewards shall not be canceled or changed after such order has been placed.
For the rewards items acquired under the Segway Referral Program in the first tier rewards, THEY ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED PRODUCT WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF: (i) MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR (ii) FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY SEGWAY. For Segway accessory product rewards available in the middle and top tier, they are sold with the limited manufacturer warranty furnished with the goods.

Segway may require you to submit additional information and/or evidence (including but not limited to written evidence and statement) in order to investigate your claim. All decisions regarding your claim on balance shall be final and within Segway’s sole discretion.
