What is the overall paid services process?

1. Select the desired service.

2. Agree to our terms and conditions and proceed to the checkout to pay for the service.

3. Our technical support team will email you the RMA number and the address to ship your scooter.

4. You will pay for the shipping and provide a return shipping label for your repaired scooter.

5. Our service center will inspect and begin repairs upon receiving your scooter.

6. You will receive an email from us if additional service is required or if there is something wrong.

7. Your repaired scooter will be shipped back to you using the shipping label that you provided.

How long does it take to repair my product?

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to repair your product after arriving at our Service Center. You will receive an email notification after each step of the service process is complete.

How can I check the repair progress?

You can check the repair progress by visiting the Check My Repair Portal, or by contacting Segway Technical Support.
