By agreeing to this Segway Coupons Terms and Conditions, you further agree to be bound by all applicable dispute resolution provisions, including binding arbitration and waiver of class action and class arbitration rights, as set in the Segway Sale of Goods Terms and Conditions
Coupons are promotional offers provided at Segway’s discretion and do not constitute legal tender, property, or a vested right. Coupons have no cash value unless expressly required by applicable law.
Coupons are valid only for a limited time and may expire without notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Segway reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Coupon or promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of the promotion.
Such changes will not apply retroactively to completed transactions.
Coupons apply only to eligible products that explicitly display the applicable coupon offer on the product detail page and/or within the user’s coupon interface.
The discount will apply only if:
Coupons have no effect unless successfully applied prior to completing the purchase.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, each Coupon may be used only once per customer, per account, and/or per shipping address.
Segway reserves the right to void Coupons or cancel orders where multiple accounts, addresses, or transactions are used to circumvent these limitations.
Coupons may not be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, rebates (including mail-in rebates), or bundle offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any attempted transfer, resale, or misuse of Coupons may result in invalidation of the Coupon and/or cancellation of the associated transaction.
If a product purchased using a Coupon is returned, the refund will be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer after application of the Coupon.
The value of the Coupon will not be refunded, reinstated, or credited. Segway reserves the right to deduct the value of the applied discount from any refund amount.
All returns remain subject to Segway’s applicable return and refund policies.
Standard shipping charges, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees may apply to all purchases, in accordance with Segway’s Shipping and Return Policies.
Such charges are not reduced or offset by the application of any Coupon unless expressly stated.
All Coupon offers are subject to product availability and are valid only while supplies last. Segway does not guarantee the availability of any product or promotion.
In the event of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or other technical issues, Segway reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel or refuse affected orders.
Customers will have the right to cancel any impacted orders without penalty.
This Segway Coupon Terms and Conditions shall constitute an integral part of the Segway Sale of Goods Terms and Conditions.
